The comfort of the hotel is outstanding.
The quality of the in room service food was not very good value for money.

we love the ambience. we think in some places it is a little tired. we think there should be live music each night so the tendancy to sit in the bar area and enjoy cocktails would be greater than going back to the room. we think there needs to be some sort of sun protection in the breakfast restaurant Il barocco as it is very bright and very hot if you happen to sit by the windows.

Fantastic decor, attention to detail, high tea.
Annoying to have to use room card to pass through the various access points, esp in and out of the pool area, but understand that it is to stop non-guests wandering freely through the resort.

One thing that was fabulous was the yoga instructor - we did a one hour class through the spa and it was just the best thing ever.
Very slow check in and check out, although the staff were lovely. They should do express check out.

We had such an amazing time enjoying the good breakfasts— one of the best! The pool was huge and perfect for lounging. We really appreciated the thoughtful anniversary gifts!

The place was fairly clean and pleasant, had obliging and personable staff apart from one staff member there who probably needs refresher training. The location was incredible - very close to a very nice restaurant, and Australia. Moreover, it was about 25 mins walk from Broadwater Beach.
Well, the views were quite bad here.

The pool area was a fantastic spot for family fun, especially with my boyfriend joining us. The kids loved splashing around, and we enjoyed relaxing in the sun. It seemed like a mini vacation right at our doorstep!
In my wife's opinion, the room could use better maintenance.
